  • A soft circle for women navigating motherhood – from trying to conceive, through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond We gather to rest, reflect, and feel supported through nervous system care, simple creative rituals, and connection.

    These groups offer a moment to soften, to feel, and to build community. Come are you are. Babies welcome.

  • Mothers (and mothers-to-be) who long for a calm, nourishing space – without pressure or performance. Whether you’re in the thick of new motherhood or tenderly holding the hope of becoming one, you’re welcome here.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A warm, small group setting

  • Nervous system grounding and gentle movement

  • Creative reflection (journaling, art, seasonal rituals)

  • Optional sharing + positive connection

  • Space to be held – and exhale

INVESTMENT

€15 / 60-minute group

Includes yoga mats, props, light seasonal refreshments, and gentle facilitation.

Space is intentionally limited to 6 participants to keep the environment cozy and supportive — early sign-up is recommended.
