The Rest Session is a 60-minute, one-on-one space designed to help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your needs.
Together, we’ll create a calm container where you can soften, reflect, and gently reset. Each session is unique and may include:
Nervous system grounding practices
Breathwork or gentle movement
Somatic inquiry
Restorative guided rest or visualization
Creative or reflective prompts
Supportive conversation
You don’t need to prepare anything or “do it right.” Just arrive as you are.
