A one-hour pause to come home to yourself.

  • The Rest Session is a 60-minute, one-on-one space designed to help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your needs.

    Together, we’ll create a calm container where you can soften, reflect, and gently reset. Each session is unique and may include:

    • Nervous system grounding practices

    • Breathwork or gentle movement

    • Somatic inquiry

    • Restorative guided rest or visualization

    • Creative or reflective prompts

    • Supportive conversation

    You don’t need to prepare anything or “do it right.” Just arrive as you are.

  • This space is for you if:

    • You’re feeling overwhelmed or disconnected

    • You want to rest, but don’t know how

    • You’re moving through a life transition, identity transformation, personal or professional growth

    • You long for support that’s gentle, not prescriptive

    • You need a space where you don’t have to perform

    You don’t need to be a mother – all are welcome.
